Tea characteristics
Pu-erh tea: Pu-erh tea is famous for its deep taste and unique aroma. After a long period of aging, the taste of Pu-erh tea becomes more mellow.
Lime: The addition of lime brings a fresh sour taste and aroma to Pu’er tea, balancing the heaviness of Pu’er tea and making it more acceptable.
Recommended brewing method
Ratio: 3-5g Pu’er tea/350ml water
Water temperature: For cooked Pu’er, a water temperature of 100 ° C is recommended; for raw Pu’er, a slightly lower water temperature (about 95 ° C) can be used.
Brewing time: The initial brewing time is about 30 seconds to 1 minute, and the subsequent brewing time gradually increases.
